This waterfront Fort Lauderdale residence converted a typical 1950’s south Florida house into a contemporary blend of the vernacular with a modern, clean-lined scheme worthy of its corner waterfront location. The massing cascades to either side of the central metal roofed volume with expansive glass shielded from the sun creating screened outdoor spaces with views to the intracoastal of Fort Lauderdale.
