Located within the downtown urban fabric of Lake Worth, the mixed use office building features a biolarium interior atrium that collects condensate from the chiller to supply the lobby pond which in turn irrigates the interior landscaping. The building is also equipped with Palm Beach County's first green roof system that filters the rainwater captured into an underground cistern.
