Located along the main axis to Downtown Delray Beach, this mixed use project will be comprised of retail shops on the first level and offices on the 2nd and 3rd levels. The exterior screening creates a repetative shading system inspired by brise soleil architecture that was popularized by French Architect, Le Corbusier for it's ability to reduce heat gain by deflecting sunlight. The entrances to the stores on the first floor are also shaded by the 2nd floor volumnes above to act as a large, wrapping porch.
